This is the precursor of the Qutub Minar now known as the Alia Minar.
It was never finished and lies in the same complex in Mehrauli as the Qutub Minar

Intriguing. I love old things.I do not know what the attraction is but there is something about seeing or touching something came long before I did.
yes the stones are testament to bygone eras and they fascinate me too..
